Description: The knurler roller 5001 fits in the Flaker Mill and is a replacement part, should yours wear out. It also fits on the different direct fit attachments such as Kitchen Aid Flaker, Bosch Flaker, Viking Flaker, Ankarsrum Flaker.
The knurler roller should not be washed but only brushed to clean.
